FEES FOR SERVICES
CONSULTATION is a service provided at no cost during which the caterer and the clients meet to discuss details of the menu and other services. The MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS is discussed and estimated at this time and if that number changes before 7 days of the event, adjustments up or down can be made. If notification is received with less than a full week’s notice prior to the event, the number of guests that had been proposed and agreed upon will determine the amount of food provided and will reflect the total food costs.
DEPOSITS are required 30 days prior to the event, which will represent 50% of the catering bill amount agreed upon in consultation, not including fees for services, taxes and tip. With receipt of the deposit, a date is reserved for your event.
CANCELLATION within 21 days of the event guarantees 100% refund of the deposit.
Servers, bartenders and food handlers are billed at $25.00 - $45.00 each per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours for most events. Service includes food preparation, set-up and display; buffet maintenance and plate or tray service, as needed; and hospitality. If more is required of the personnel, please let us know your ideas during consultation and negotiation.
DELIVERY FEES are determined by distance, environmental factors and/or special arrangements and start at $25.00 for a simple drop-off delivery of prepared foods in disposable containers.
Any RENTALS required on behalf of the event will be discussed; then procured and returned by the caterers at cost plus 15%.
If OUTSIDE FOOD is bought and delivered by the caterers, such as a wedding cake or a special dish, it will be charged at cost plus 15%.
All PAYMENTS are to be completed and paid in full on the day of the event. Cash or checks made payable to ALLAN ZEECK are gratefully accepted.
